EFFICIENT METHOD
Custom Sheet Metal Patch
Our sheet metal is made from 12-gauge galvanized steel, that is coated with a trenchcoat product to protect it from scuffs, scratches and corrosion. Using a pneumatic nail gun, we attach the material to the damaged portion of the pipe, overlapping each sheet for maximum stability and strength.
Polyurethane Foam
We inject a high-density polyurethane into the voids outside of large diameter pipes. This stops water from leaking outside of the pipe and provides added structural stability for the pipe itself.

Since CMP is widely used for culverts that run under roads and railways, structural failure and the eventual collapse of the infrastructure that runs over it pose obvious safety concerns. Our team works to prevent these catastrophes by entering these pipes to perform repairs before a collapse happens.
To enter a large diameter pipe, we must also mind our team’s safety. Each member of our team attends inspector training courses to learn how to safely navigate the pipe as well as recognize the warning signs of an imminent collapse. We always follow state, local and OSHA’s safety procedures and regulations for both personal safety and materials handling.
